I’m excited to introduce Consumed - a new dinner series I’m running with ecologist Dr Cody Murray, exploring the places where food, ecology, mythology and psychology meet.

Each Consumed event is designed around an archetypal theme, inviting us to experience ideas not only through conversation, but through the act of sharing a meal.

Our next gathering is a five-course plant based feast on the 27th of November. Each course will be paired with a story of otherness, including queerness in folklore, mythic monsters, and the devil himself. Together, we’ll explore the archetype of ‘the other’ and what it means to be exiled, drawing on themes from folklore, myth, depth psychology, and ecological food wisdom.

Each plant-based course has been thoughtfully crafted to honour food as both nourishment and ritual - an invitation to reconnect with the ecological and symbolic meaning of eating together. Your evening includes bubbles on arrival, a signature cocktail or mocktail, wine with each course, and non-alcoholic options.

    This isn't a lecture.
    It isn't just a dinner.

It's an invitation to slow down, become curious, share a table with like-minded people, and allow yourself to be Consumed.
